LONDON (AP) — Declan Rice scored his first Arsenal goal deep into injury time and Gabriel Jesus added another one past the 100th minute mark to give Arsenal a 3-1 win over Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday. The game looked headed for a 1-1 draw when the ball fell to Rice — Arsenal’s record signing — after a corner and the midfielder downed it on his chest before hitting a right-footed shot that beat Andre Onana inside the near post in the sixth minute of stoppage time. That goal came after United substitute Alejandro Garnacho thought he had scored a late winner after a quick counterattack in the 89th but the goal was disallowed after a VAR check for offside. With United pushing forward for a last-gasp equalizer, Arsenal then countered in the 11th minute of stoppages and Jesus calmly slotted the ball past Onana to seal the win. Rice cost Arsenal in excess of 100 million pounds ($125 million) from West Ham and his goal went a long way toward showing he was worth i...Guardians activate slugger Josh Naylor, sidelined more than a month with oblique injury

Washington, DC (CNN) — Housing is less affordable than it has been in about four decades. But buying or renting a home might be even less affordable now if it weren’t for the continuing impact of remote and hybrid workers that resulted from the pandemic, according to a recent study by Fannie Mae.The study, which was an analysis of Fannie Mae’s monthly National Housing Survey, with questions asked among more than 3,000 mortgage holders, owners, and renters between January and March this year, looked at how remote and hybrid work has changed over the past few years and its impact on housing.More people are willing to move to less expensive areas further away from offices in city centers than a few years ago, according to the report. Continuing remote and hybrid work, at levels remarkably unchanged from two years ago, is enabling people to move toward housing affordability, the study found. The report also revealed that “affordability” is the most important factor in finding a place to ...Massachussetts police, FBI respond to ‘potential criminal act’ on inbound Boston flight
