Family video shows critically injured Hermann officer walk, smile at hospital ST. LOUIS - A month after he was shot in the head, a Hermann police officer is defying the odds. Last week, Adam Sullentrup was sitting up. This week, he’s walking.“He’s cruising!” a physical therapist exclaimed as she assisted him while he took steps.It’s leaps and bounds from where Sullentrup was a month ago. On March 12, a suspect shot Sullentrup in the head. His partner, Det. Sgt. Mason Griffith was also shot and unfortunately died from his injuries.Sullentrup was unresponsive and on a ventilator for several days before he stabilized. He was then flown to Englewood, Colorado, where Craig Hospital doctors and therapists specializing in traumatic brain injuries have been working with him. 2 juveniles arrested after man found shot to death in Anaheim Two juveniles were arrested Monday for the alleged murder of a man found shot to death in Anaheim.The victim was identified as Carleatis Richards, 31, by the Anaheim Police Department.Officers responded to reports of a shooting outside of a restaurant at the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Ball Road around 2:03 a.m.When police arrived, they found Richards “suffering from at least one gunshot wound,” officials said.Richards was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead, authorities confirm.Two male juvenile suspects had fled the area and were later tracked down and apprehended, police said.
