The man accused of killing 10 people at a King Soopers grocery store in Boulder nearly three years ago targeted and pursued each individual victim he killed, a detective testified Tuesday during a preliminary hearing.“There was not indiscriminate shooting, they were identified and pursued by the shooter, who moved quickly and fired repeatedly at them,” Boulder police detective Sarah Cantu testified in Boulder County District Court. All but one of the 10 people who were killed were shot multiple times, Cantu said, and the shooter followed and killed some victims after first wounding them.District Court Judge Ingrid Bakke found after Tuesday’s preliminary hearing that prosecutors have enough evidence to allow the criminal case to go forward against Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, 24, who is charged with carrying out the mass shooting on March 22, 2021, at the Table Mesa King Soopers.Alissa pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity Tuesday to 10 counts of first-degree murder, mu...CSU skilled workers take to picket lines to protest low pay

Algorithmic trading strategies represent the new front-line of the trading experience, utilizing innovative computer codes to perform trades in financial markets. These algorithms sift through extensive market data, recognize patterns, and quickly make trading decisions. However, it is vital to clarify that artificial intelligence (AI) and trading algorithms are two entirely separate entities. Contrary to AI, trading algorithm software does not incorporate machine learning. Furthermore, it’s crucial to understand that the nature of investing in any financial market carries inherent risk, and trading algorithm software does not eliminate risks. The UCLA demonstrations last week — one Tuesday by supporters of Israel, the other Wednesday by pro-Palestinian students — were common in grief but riven by deep wounds over history and words. This wasn’t a dialogue, but a thunderous expression of each side’s anguish.Ever since campus protests in California erupted over the latest explosion of violence, students affected by the crisis have endured profound agony as they watch an escalation of violence in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict not seen in decades. Adding to their hurt is a lack of public consensus over what language constitutes prejudice. At the same time, California university leaders are also...GOP Rep.
