ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Jewell Loyd scored a career-high 39 points, Seattle made 17 3-pointers and the Storm defeated the Dallas Wings 109-103 on Saturday.Seattle’s victory overshadowed a career-high 41-point performance by Arike Ogunbowale of the Wings.In the final four minutes, Loyd and Ogunbowale scored 14 points each.Seattle trailed 75-74 entering the fourth quarter but quickly regained the lead early in the period and led for the final nine minutes. A three-point play by Ogunbowale drew the Wings within one point near the four-minute mark, but in the next minute-and-a-half, Loyd hit a 17-footer, Ezi Magbegor drained a 3-pointer and Loyd hit another midrange jumper to keep the Storm out in front. Police seek the public’s help in their search for a man who was reported missing from Medley.According to Medley Police, 63-year-old Hernando Olaya Newball has been living at the U-Haul storage facility located at 8700 NW 77th Court, but loved ones have not heard from him since May 6.Detectives said Olaya Newball’s daughter, Jada Newball, reported him missing on Saturday. A United Airlines plane clipped another plane Friday in an incident in an airline parking area within Logan International Airport, a Massport spokesperson said. No one was injured, according to the spokesperson. The incident happened around 7 p.m. when the spokesperson said a United plane traveling “at a low speed” made contact with a parked Delta Air Lines plane. In a separate statement, United said the winglet of the United plane “clipped the tail of another aircraft.” United said 128 customers and six crew members were on board. SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Police have hunted down a velociraptor that was stolen from outside a South Dakota arts and science center.Sioux Falls police Sgt. Aaron Benson said Friday that a security officer spotted three people carrying the statue away from the Washington Pavilion and called police just after midnight. Surveillance video then helped officers track the statue to a nearby apartment, The Argus Leader reports.“When opening the door, detectives could clearly see the velociraptor was sitting right inside,” Benson said.Police detained the three suspects on charges of grand theft.
