ST. LOUIS - A woman appeared in St. Louis Circuit Court on Tuesday to plead guilty to a reduced charge in her girlfriend's death.Claytiana Bolar, 23, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter for the shooting death of Brittany Gregory.Gregory was found dead behind the wheel of an SUV in the 5100 block of Greer Avenue on Feb. 25, 2022. Gregory was 24.Police and prosecutors claimed Bolar and Gregory got into an argument in the SUV. Bolar grabbed a gun, exited the vehicle, and then fired into the SUV, striking Gregory twice.Police later found the murder weapon at the home of Bolar's stepmother. Dispute over noose outside St. Charles County home Bolar was initially charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action. One of Colorado’s 150th-anniversary license plates has set a record as the fastest-selling plate in state history.The “Pikes Peak or Bust” plate, which won a statewide contest in March, overtook the previous fastest-seller, the Broncos Charities plate, after residents ordered 5,700 license plates in just two months, according to a news release from the Colorado Department of Revenue.The license plate went on sale in August of this year and is based on the Historic Colorado Contest’s under-13-year-old division’s winning design by Calista Blaschke of Denver.The plate design includes Pikes Peak, the state bird (lark bunting) and the state tree (blue spruce). “Colorado’s 150th birthday is an exciting time to celebrate and take pride in our state. A burglary suspect spotted by a police officer in Fontana led authorities on a chase through multiple communities on Tuesday morning. 73-Year-Old Woman Dies in Deadly Head-On AccidentWHEATLAND, CA (October 3, 2023) – On Tuesday morning, Eleazar Perez-Reyez was injured and a woman died following a head-on crash.It happened in the southbound lanes of Oakley Lane shortly after 6:00 a.m., September 26th.According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision involved a 2017 Toyota Corolla driven by a 73-year-old woman and a 2002 Ford Explorer driven by 22-year-old Eleazer Perez-Reyez.Furthermore, the officers learned that the Toyota headed northbound when it crossed over to a double yellow line into the southbound lanes and collided head-on with the Ford.Unfortunately, both the woman and Perez-Reyez suffered serious injuries, but the woman succumbed to hers and she was pronounced dead.Consequently, the emergency responders immediately transported Perez-Reyez to the hospital for treatment.Meanwhile, the authorities blocked the lanes on Oakley Lane during the length of the incident, but it has reopened since.Fur...Latest news
