ST. LOUIS - A convicted felon was indicted in federal court last week for allegedly robbing a pizza delivery driver at gunpoint in a popular St. Louis neighborhood.Prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri said Antione Shockley, 25, and his girlfriend placed a false order with a local Domino's on April 13, and provided a delivery address of a vacant home in the Central West End.When the driver arrived at the home, prosecutors claim Shockley pointed a gun at the victim and stole two pizzas, hot wings, and the insulated bag the driver had been carrying. Crews investigating fatal 3-vehicle crash in north St. Louis St. Louis police traced the order to Shockley's email address, as well as Shockley's phone.Shockley was arrested on June 24 after allegedly firing a handgun into the air in a school zone. Colorado State Patrol leadership is sounding the alarm after a trooper was injured by a suspected drunk driver Saturday morning — the 12th time this year a driver has struck a patrol car on the side of the road.“Lives are at risk,” State Patrol Chief Col. Matthew Packard said during a Monday afternoon press conference.The trooper, Kevin Bagley, fell nearly 30 feet down an embankment after leaping out of the way when the driver crashed into his patrol car Saturday morning near Interstate 270 in Adams County. A driver was killed after their vehicle went off a cliff in Chatsworth. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, firefighters found the vehicle over the side of Santa Susana Pass Road with the driver dead. A dog was located in or near the vehicle, authorities said. Los Angeles Animal Services is responding to assist with the canine, who appeared to be in good condition.
