DENVER (KDVR) -- If you're too lazy to clear snow off your car before driving, well, you might be in luck. No law in Colorado that specifically addresses snow on your vehicle -- but you still might get pulled over.According to Gary Cutler with Colorado State Patrol, no law talks about snow on your vehicle, but it could still be considered illegal if the driver's vision is obstructed. DENVER (KDVR) -- The Commerce City Police Department is seeking help locating a man alleged to be involved with a murder that occurred on Nov. 30.According to police, 22-year-old Finn Clark Hoover shot and killed 37-year-old Alfredo Oscar Nunez in the early morning hours, inside a residence on the 7300 block of Oneida Drive."For the safety of the public and in order to provide some closure and justice for the family of Alfredo Oscar Nunez, we are working to apprehend Hoover as quickly as possible," the department stated in its release.Police say several people witnessed the murder. Hoover then left Nunez's body and fled the scene. MEXICO CITY (AP) — A top U.S. delegation is meeting with Mexico’s president Wednesday in what many see as an attempt to have Mexico do more to limit a surge of migrants reaching the U.S. southwestern border.Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has said he’s willing to help, but he wants to see progress in U.S. relations with Cuba and Venezuela, two of the top sources of migrants, along with more development aid for the region.“We have always talked about addressing the causes (of migration). The ideal thing is to help poor countries,” López Obrador said before the meeting.Both sides in the talks face pressure to reach an agreement after past steps like limiting direct travel into Mexico or deporting some migrants failed to stop the influx. Two people have been rescued after the helicopter they were in crashed in a canal in Southwest Miami-Dade, Wednesday afternoon. The helicopter crashed near SW 187 Avenue and SW 122 Street, just after 1 p.m. Divers with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue went into the canal and were able to rescue two people. Both have been transported by ground to a local-area hospital. According to authorities, the helicopter took off from Fort Myers en route to Miami Executive Airport.
